The Tongue Untied: A Guide to Grammar, Punctuation, and Style, written by Kellee Weinhold of the School of Journalism and Communication at the University of Oregon, provides free online lessons on English grammar and writing, complete with practice exercises and answers. It can be used by intermediate ESL students for self-study or by teachers who need extra materials for their grammar class.
